In order to carry out the service we provide, PayJa website collects and manages personal information from you. This information is to enable us to identify and contact our users whenever necessary. The personal information that we collect
During Registration: to identify users, we collect information such as name, email address, mobile number, and a unique username and password. Additionally, creators have to fulfill KYC requirements by uploading their government-issued ID and address proof in the profile, for local and international compliance purposes.
During Donation: we will collect basic payment information to enable us to process the donation. This will include your name, address, email address. Non-registered users (Guest donors) may be asked to also register. If you choose not to register, your name and email address will be stored to identify the transaction unless have donated anonymously. We do not collect or store any information relating to the Payment card or pin. This information is handled by the payment processing provider and the card issuer only.
If you raise funds through PayJa, we will collect basic contact information about you to register you on the platform. This will include your name, address, and email address. We will also collect your date of birth, telephone number, and personal bank account details for the fulfillment of the funding raised and to enable us to undertake an identity check and bank account verification which we will ask you to consent to. We will also ask you to register a username and password so you can gain secure access to the account in the future if you are not already a member.
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by PayJa. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used by PayJa for the operation of the service, to maintain the quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the PayJa website.

PayJa collects and uses your personal information to provide the requested services, validate users’ fundraiser authenticity and prevent using the Platform for fraudulent activities. PayJa may also use the contact information – email, to contact you of refund or any investigation result carried out.
PayJa does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists or information to any third party.
PayJa may keep track of the websites and pages our customers visit within the platform in order to determine donation portals that are most active. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within the website to users of the donation portals and Causes.
